Frank Ballif began building homes in Central Virginia in 1999, while earning his civil engineering degree at the University of Virginia. He has been a successful residential builder ever since. IN OLD TRAIL
Southern Development Homes offers several floor plans in Village Commons, the newest neighborhood in Old Trail, including two options for a first floor master home. This home can be built as a one level plan or a two story home. Both of these homes also have an opportunity for a basement.
