The neighbors of Old Trail Village enjoy a camaraderie and friendly atmosphere uncommon in many modern developments. The walkable community of Old Trail Village allows for easy conversations between neighbors who become friends.
In addition to regular events hosted by the Developer, the neighbors of Old Trail Village organize many events every month throughout the year. There are book groups, Mom groups, Men’s Night Out, a social committee, and organizers of gatherings such as Camp Out Night on the Common and other fun activities.
Every Friday during the Summer season the neighbors gather outside on the The Common for a potluck event we call “Fridays After Five West” to enjoy each other’s company and unwind while the children play and romp in the central green space of our village.
