Child Safety Day

ACAC-Crozet is teaming up with Sheriff Chip Harding and Albemarle County Sheriff’s Office to host a Child Safety Day. This is FREE to anyone and will be a great event.

Saturday, July 31st from 10 am-12 Noon

The event will have child fingerprinting, education about internet crimes against children, and Gun Safety with Eddie the Eagle (what to do if a child came across a gun- do not pick up it, find an adult, etc…).

The Eddie the Eagle presentation is free but we ask that you call to pre-register children to get a head count.  Please call for more information and to register 434.817.2055.

ACAC-Crozet is located in the Old Trail Village Center, just off of Rt. 250 and I64 Exit 107.

Free Party for the Wayne Theatre

Discover The Wayne Theatre Project!

Enjoy light fare, wine, and meet our neighbors from the Wayne Theatre at da Luca Cafe and Wine Bar.  This exclusive event, open to residents of Old Trail Village and the Crozet area, is Tuesday, March 23, 5:30-7:30 p.m. There is no charge to attend the party, and all food is complimentary.  The Wayne Theatre will provide the first round of drinks; additional drinks may be purchased from da Luca.

Free childcare for children ages 8 weeks to 12 years will be provided by the professional staff of ACAC KidZone.  Magician Steve Pittella will be on-hand to entertain and amaze the children, while you enjoy a night out with friends old and new from the Wayne Theatre.

ACAC Closing at 7pm

ACAC-Crozet will be closing at 7pm this evening, Monday, due to continuing icy conditions.  They will resume usual hours of operation (open until 7:30pm) tomorrow.

Openings in the OTVC

Anna's Ristorante Italiano and Pizza

Anna’s Pizza will be opening for their usual lunch and dinner service today, 12 Noon - 9 pm.  They’re also offering a Super Bowl Special - $1.50 off every pizza you order for take-out!

ACAC Grand Opening!

ACAC-Crozet at Old Trail will have its Grand Opening Monday, October 26!

In addition to member usage, ACAC-Crozet will be open FREE to the public all day!  If you’ve been wanting to try out the new facility and see how easy and fast it is to get in shape here in Crozet, come on by next Monday, 10/26.

ACAC Yoga Continues

ACAC has extended its free yoga classes into September!

The class will meet on Tuesday mornings at 6:15am in the Ballard Common through the month of September. So come on out and enjoy yoga in the beautiful early morning with your neighbors. (FYI - this class will be part of ACAC Crozet’s regular schedule, hence the move to Tuesday.)
