Additional sales of homesites are on-pace to exceed last year’s number as well (a 125% increase over 2008). The residential sales figure includes new homes as well as existing residences, reflecting a range of styles and price points and a strong market for our current home owners.

The units, located next to the Old Trail Swim Club on Old Trail Drive, start at $239,000 and offer the high-quality finishes that Craig Builders is known for throughout the area. Single-family detached homes well suited for first time home buyers, offered by builders Eagle Construction and Piedmont Realty and Construction from $299,000, have also supported the current rise in home sales.
Site work has begun adjacent to the Old Trail Village Center on a new section of single-family homesites and town homes.
