For each one of your friends or colleagues that signs a lease to live in the new Village Center Apartments, you'll win $200.  There are only 19 apartments remaining, so act now to win your Referral PRIZE!

This referral program is open to everyone— whether you are an Old Trail Village owner/resident or just a supportive neighbor. Apartments are available in various styles from 1 bedroom and Den, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom townhouse-style units.

To qualify for the prize program, you and the new tenant must fill out a referral card by lease-signing. Once the new resident has qualified and successfully completed the leasing process, you will receive a $200 Visa Gift Card good at any location that processes VISA transactions. Then, you can use it for anything you wish! Gas, ice cream, presents, or just to pay some bills.
